Delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of item after packing. In order to avoid any damage on delivery, we pack your item very carefully and perfectly. Please notice this add some weight to item weight itself.

There are 4 types of delivery methods. In general, “EMS” is the most expensive as it is the first priority express airmail and it provides tracking system. “Airmail” and “Economy Air (SAL)” is also fairly quick delivery methods, but not able to track the item. “Surface” is the slowest and not able to track, but the cheapest.

For light weight items such as “Ukiyoe”, “Fan”, “Small bag”, “Furoshiki”, and “Tenugui”, you may want to choose “Airmail” or “Economy Air (SAL)” as they give you the cheaper rate of delivery cost if the weight is under 2 kg. Please notice “Airmail” and “Economy Air (SAL)” DO NOT provide tracking system.

Our recommendation is “EMS”, fastest and reliable tracking system though we have to ask you to bear more cost.

Each Delivery method detail

・EMS (Express Air)

Recommended. Top priority among international mails is placed on this service! The fastest 2-5 days in general. More expensive than other methods. Can track & trace

・Airmail

Fees are relatively high since posts will be sent by air. But, cheaper than "EMS" in general. Delivery will be made approximately 3 - 6 days. Can NOT track & trace

・Economy Air（SAL）

This is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail. It takes approximately 6 to 13 days for mail to arrive at the destination. In some cases, it may take longer due to the handling system of the destination country. Can NOT track & trace

・Surface Mail

Sent by surface. While delivery takes 1 to 3 months, the rates are very reasonable. Can NOT track & trace

You can pay by PayPal or Credit card through PayPal system.
Available Credit cards

At the payment step, site automatically goes to PayPal payment system. You can choose credit card payment if you would like to pay by credit card. Your credit card information is fully secured by PayPal system.

However, unfortunately, if you are not satisfied with our products, we sincerely accept returns within 7 days after the delivery. Please notify immediately if you intend to return. And, please bear shipping and fully covered insurance cost upon returns. Refund will be guaranteed via PayPal account upon the receipt of the returned item.

All products may be subject to custom duty and this depends on country you live. Please understand the custom duty is on buyers. If custom duty tax is levied, it will be collected by shipping agency upon delivery.
